Personal background
Scott lives in Upper Arlington with his wife, kids, and Labrador retrievers. He is a lifelong resident of Central Ohio, a graduate of The Ohio State University, Duke University’s Executive Nonprofit Leadership program, and the National Outdoor Leadership School. Outside of real estate, he is an avid skier and fly fisherman, stays active with CrossFit and coaching Special Olympics Soccer, and volunteers in Mexico and the Dominican Republic.
Professional path
Before entering real estate, Scott spent his career in the nonprofit world, directing one of Ohio’s largest summer camps and leading international short-term service trips. That background still shapes the way he works today: service first, strong communication, careful planning, and steady leadership through high-stakes decisions.
